User Contributions

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Daboost SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against Daboost.
Force Majeure
Daboost shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
International Use
We make no representation that the Sites are appropriate or available outside the U.S. Users outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Use of the Sites is expressly prohibited in jurisdictions where these Terms would be unenforceable or noncompliant.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting into the Da Boost SMS Notifications and Meeting Reminders program, you agree to receive text messages related to our digital marketing services, including updates, promotions, meeting reminders, service notifications, and relevant industry information. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and the services you are using.

How to Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages, including meeting reminders. If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again via our website.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Subscription Services
By subscribing, you authorize Daboost to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime through your account settings; your service will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Subscription plan changes will be communicated in advance.
Beta Features and Experimental Tools
From time to time, Daboost may offer beta or experimental services or features, including AI-powered tools. These services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties or support, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daboost regarding the Sites and supersede any prior agreements.
